IGA has been responsible for delivering projects such as the LAGOSHOMS at Egan-igando housing estate under the joint supervision of the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Housing.

IGA Nigeria is Cultural Heritage Consultant is currently working alongside various state Governments in Nigeria to provide the requisite technical support that will review the existing cultural heritage laws, digitally capture, collate, and catalogue the tangible and intangible Cultural Heritage and begin a grant application and fundraising framework that can help provide sustainability for the Culture, Tourism, Hospitality, and Entertainment Sector.
