Stakeholder Call to Action Phase 1 BADAGRY
Consultations with the community are conducted, data is digitally collated and uploaded, social and digital engagements are carried out, desk-based research is performed, stakeholders are identified and consulted, and digital surveys and analyses of heritage assets are completed.





Stakeholder Call to Action Phase 2 Ikorodu
The ikorodu stakeholder call to action includes the Festival Tour Route Needs Assessment and Design Strategy document will encompass a detailed itinerary, storytelling framework, and actionable plan. It will include training for ministry staff in project report writing, fundraising, and heritage tourism, leveraging knowledge exchange best practices between Lagos and London. This initiative will be complemented by a Sustainable Tourism Workshop for stakeholders and locals, as well as an online seminar series focused on advocacy, public outreach, and engagement in collaboration with the Lagos Studies Association.





Osun Osogbo Heritage Trail
This preliminary survey report documents the initial findings of 14 Heritage Site assessments conducted in Osun State, Nigeria. The survey provides a first hand account on how to identify, document, and evaluate the cultural and historical significance of various heritage sites in the state.
